5. DO ask for more pictures or measurements.
6. Any damage done by posting authorities will not be held responsible by me.
7. COD is available at my convenience.
COD areas: preferred (Sunway Pyramid, McDonald's Connaught, Puchong Bk5 Giant, IOI, Mid Valley, Bangsar Village) Other places can be discussed further.
